C8mimPF6:An Ideal Thermal Storage Medium

摘要 为了寻找液态温度范围宽、熔点低,适宜于工业应用的更好载热介质,对CsmimPF6载热密度进行了计算并与常用载热介质载热密度作了比较分析,结果表明:C8mimPF6的载热容量在同等条件下,比道生(Thermex)的载热容量高出30%以上;比Neo SK油#260的载热容量高出近47%,尽管比KN3、NaN3和NaN2的混合物载热容量低近1/3,但C8mimPF6熔点低(-75℃),液态温度区间宽(-75~416℃),几乎无蒸汽压,热稳定性和化学稳定性高,故C8mimPF6的确是一种理想的载热介质. In order to find a better thermal storage medium with a wide temperature range of liquid state, low melting point and good adaptation to industrial application, the thermal storage density of C8mimPF6 is calculated and compared with that of conventional thermal storage media. The results show that under the same conditions the thermal storage capacity of CgmimPFb is over 30% higher than that of Thermex and about 47% higher than Neo SK 260. Although it is near 1/3 lower than that of the mixture of KNO3, NaNO3 and NaNO2, because of its low melting point ( - 75 ℃), wide temperature range of liquid state (-75- 416 C), almost no vapour pressure, high thermal and chemical stability, C8mimPF6 is indeed an ideal thermal storage medium.
