四元混合熔融盐热物性的理论预测与研究 被引量:6

摘要 对太阳能热发电系统中的相变储热介质—四元混合熔融盐进行了相变温度和潜热的理论预测公式的选择和实验验证,通过DSC实验测试了四元混合硝酸盐的物性参数,发现理论预测公式与实验值吻合良好。在此基础上对四元混合熔融盐(三元硝酸盐+碳酸盐)的相变温度和潜热进行了预测计算,不同碳酸盐对混合熔盐的熔点影响不大,相变温度变化为137.358℃-143.631℃,变化范围在6℃以内,相变潜热变化范围为29.864 J/Kg-111.624 J/Kg,适用于中温太阳能领域。该方法对四元混合熔盐的相变温度与潜热的计算提供了参考,对不同四元熔融盐在太阳能中、高温领域的应用提供有力依据。 Solar thermal power system phase-change heat storage medium-quaternary salts were mixed selection and experimental verification phase transition temperature and the latent heat of the theoretical prediction formula by DSC experiment tested the quad nitrate mixed properties parameters and found the theoretical prediction formulas are in good agreement with the experimental value. On the basis of the quaternary mixed salts( ternary nitrate + carbonate) phase transition temperature and latent heat were predicted to calculate,not the melting point of the effects of different mixed molten carbonate,and the phase transition temperature changes137.358 ℃-143.631 ℃,the range of variation within 6 ℃,latent heat change in the range of 29.864 J / Kg-111.624 J / Kg,Suitable for medium temperature solar energy.This method provides a reference for the calculation of the phase transformation temperature and latent heat of the four element mixed molten salt,and provides a strong support for the application of differentmolten salts in the field of solar energy and high temperature.
