摘要
作者对153份送检的进口糖果合成色素检验发现:合成色素合格亭为62.7％,色素超标糖果主要来自韩国和印尼等地,超标色素多为柠檬黄、日落黄、亮兰、胭脂红等,非我国允许使用的合成色素主要是红色40。
The result of analysing the 153 imported candies's artificial colour showed that the acceptable rate was 62- 7%. The exceeded hygiene standard candies mainly come from Korea, Indonesia and other countries. Exceeded hygiene stsandard colour are Tartrazine , Sunset Yellow, Brilliant Blue, Ponceau. The prohibited artificial colour in these candies in the country is Allura Red AC. Recommended to emphasized the inspection of artificial colour in imported candies.
