摘要
介绍了一种苯丙乳液复膜胶的制备方法,对生产工艺中影响因素进行了探讨。表明预乳化半连续聚合工艺最为合理。复合乳化剂应控制为阴离子型:阳离子型=3:2,用量为总单体量的2.0%～2.5%,种子聚合时其浓度为0.0072g/ml～0.0075g/ml。
A preparation method of styrene acrylate emulsion covered film adhesive was introduced.The affection factor of pro- dumethodology was discussed.The results show that preemulsion and semi-continuous emulsion polmerization methodolo- y is the mast sensible.Compound emulgent sbeud be controled at that anionic emulsifier:cationic emulsifier = 3:2,and dosage ittal monomer's 2.0%～2.4%,and its comcentration is 0.0072g/mL～0.0075g/mL when seed polymerization is going on.
