摘要
介绍了苯乙烯 -丙烯酸酯 -丙烯酸共聚物胶粘剂的生产工艺 ,对工艺影响因素进行了研究。结果表明 :苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯的质量比为 2 3∶1 3∶2 0 ,单体滴加速度一定 ,反应温度及时间为 85℃× 2h时 ,生产的苯 -丙乳液符合质量要求。
The production technology of styrene acrylic ester copolymer was discribed,and some factors affecting product quality were also discussed.The result showed that when the ratio of raw materials m(St)∶m(AA)∶m(acrylic ester) equals 23∶1.3∶20,and the monomer drops speed keeps constantly, reaction temperature 85 ℃,reaction time 2 h,the product quality will meet with stated standards.
