摘要
目的 观察电针整脊法对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症椎旁肌肌电活动的影响。方法 运用针电极记录 3组 30例青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症治疗前后椎旁肌肌电的变化。结果 电针或电针整脊治疗后对IS凹、凸侧运动电位时限、波幅及最大用力时波幅等指标均有不同程度的调整作用 ,尤其是电针整脊治疗后运动电位波幅有明显的调整作用。结论 电针整脊法对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症 (IS)Cobb角在 10°～ 4
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of spine-regulation with electric acupuncture on the paravertebral myoelectric activity in teenagers with specific lateral curvature. METHOD Changes in the paravertebral myoelectric activity in 30 teenagers with specific lateral curvature were recorded before and after the electric acupuncture treatment. RESULT The treatment with electric acupuncture had different degrees of regulating effect on potential time limit, amplitude and maximum exertion amplitude of depressed and protruded sides in patients with lateral curvature, especially on the potential amplitude. CONCLUSION Spine-regulation with electric acupuncture is effective for teenage specific lateral curvature with the Cobb angel within the range of 10°～40°.
