摘要
本文针对国有企业激励机制中存在的问题,分析了建立健全国有企业激励机制的必要性及必须坚持的原则,最后提出了建立健全国企激励机制的 方法和途径。
This paper analyzes the necessities and principles of establishing the healty motivation mechanism in stateowned enterprises according to the problems which existed in the motivation mechanism. It also puts forward some ways and approches to solve the problems.
