摘要
目的 :探讨髌骨软骨软化的 B超诊断价值及与临床诊断符合率。方法 :将探头置髌骨下方沿关节面向其后方关节腔内倾斜 40°~ 60°,可获得股骨髁髁间软骨和髌骨关节软骨图像。结果 :髌骨软骨软化时 ,软骨的厚度变化不大 ,但其与股骨界面和关节软骨界面回声图呈现出凸凹不平的毛糙或毛刺样改变。其改变范围与程度和临床症状中的疼痛成正相关。结论 :应用 B超诊断髌骨软骨软化无创、简便易行 ,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of B\|mode ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and its correlativity with clinical diagnosis in chondromalacia patellae. Methods: The image between the intercondylar cartilage of condyle of femur and the patellar articular cartilage was obtained by placing the ultrasonic probe in the position under patella with 40°\|60° slope along the articular surface of patella and femur to its back articular cavity. Results: In 36 cases of chondromalacia patellae, the surface of patellar articular cartilage between it and articular surface of femur became roughness or burr on the ultrasonic image, but the change of its thickness was small. The area and degree of these changes and the pain of the clinical symptoms was positive correlation. Conclusion: It is worthiness that chondromalacia patellae is diagnosed by B\|mode ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus because it is a non\|invasive, convenient and wieldy method.\;
