摘要
根据一般顾客满意度模型 ,提出了项目业主对工程项目施工监理的满意度模型 .根据工程项目的具体特点 ,把项目业主满意度分析分为目标和过程 2部分 ,并对如何计算工程项目质量、进度、成本 3大目标的满意度进行了讨论 ,指出在评价过程满意度时要考虑隐变量和测量变量
A new employer satisfaction index (ESI) model to supervision for engineering project construction is founded on general customer satisfaction indexes. Based on specific characteristic of engineering project, ESI analysis should be divided into two parts: objects and process, and how to evaluate the satisfaction indexes to three objects of quality,schedule,cost is discussed Main concealed variables and measured variables which should be considered when evaluating process is also discussed
