摘要
适宜剂量Na2S2O5缓释制剂处理结合低温贮藏,能有效地抑制龙眼果实呼吸强度和果皮PPO活性,延缓果实衰老变质,延长贮藏寿命。贮藏60天果皮色泽淡黄,无褐变,好果率达97%以上。
The longan fruits were treated with the proper concentration SO 2 slow release agent and stored at2℃.The results showed that SO 2 slow release agent treatment significantly inhibited the respiratory inten sity of the fruits and PPO activity of pricarp,postponed deteriorative processes and prolonged storage phase as well.The commercial rate of longan fruit still m aintained97%with the bright and delicious after for sixty days.
