功能性Si-A多元共聚乳液的合成方法与应用范畴

摘要 研制成功一种稳定的水性共聚乳液,它是在自由基型聚合和阳离子型催化缩聚的共同体系中反应制得的。所用单位有丙烯酸类A,和既有π键又有硅氧烷基的双官能结构硅氧烷单体B,以及直链(或环状)硅氧烷D;该聚合物含有可供交链的≡Si-OR官能团。可用于织物涂层、高层建筑耐候外墙涂料、摩崖石刻文物保护、塑料、水泥、陶瓷、无纺布等。 A stable hydrographic copolymerizational emulsion is manufactured through the reaction in the same system of the free radical polymerization and the cationic catalysis condensation. Monomers used include the acrylic, the -bond, the Si - OR silicone in bifunctional structures and the straight (or ring-like) silicone. This polymer has a Si - OR cross-linking functional group, which has wide applications in fabric coating, climate-resisting periphery wall coating for towering buildings, plastics, cement and ceramics.
