摘要
利用反相悬浮聚合技术制备球形木质素珠体,并采用正交实验综合研究了木质素珠体研制过程中各影响因素对珠体形成和粒径分布的影响。结果表明,以自制的复合分散剂L1,采用体积比为1:1的变压器油与氯苯混合物作为分散相,油水相比为3:1,搅拌速度为200r/min,反应温度80℃左右,反应体系的酸度控制在1.5mol/L时,反应2h后所得到的球形木质素珠体粒径分布最均匀,粒径在0.4—0.8mm的木质素珠体占木质素珠体总质量的83.2%。
Spherical lignin beads were prepared by applying reverse-phase suspensionpolymerization technique. Then the formation of lignin beads and their particle size distribution were comprehensively studied during the preparation process by orthogonal experiments. It can be concluded that the spherical lignin beads with uniform particle size distribution could be prepared under such conditions as 200 r/min of stirring speed, 80℃ of reaction temperature, 1.5 mol/L of reaction system acidity and 2.0 h of reaction time. Moreover, the ideal volume ratio between oil phase and water phase was 3∶1 by using the mixture of transformer oil and chlorobenzene with 1∶1 of volume ratio as disperse phase. And, the perfect dispersant agent was a compound disperser L1. Then 83.2% of spherical lignin beads with 0.4~0.8 mm in particle diameter could be obtained under the above optimum conditions.
