摘要
在Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO3 晶体中掺进In2 O3 ,用CZ法首次生长In∶Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO3 晶体。对晶体的抗光折变能力、红外光谱、指数增益系数、衍射效率和响应时间进行了测试 ,结果表明 :In(3mol% )∶Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO3 晶体的抗光折变能力比Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO3 提高两个数量级 ,其OH-吸收峰由LiNbO3 的 3484cm-1移到 35 0 8cm-1,响应速度比Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO3 晶体快三倍。对In∶Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO3 晶体抗光折变能力提高的机理。
Doping In 2O 3 in Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO 3,In∶Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO 3 crystals were grown by CZ method.The photorefractive resistance ability of the crystals was measured,which shows the ability of In(3mol%)∶Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO 3 is two orders of magnitude higher than that of Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO 3. The infrared spectra of the crystals indicate that the OH - absorption peak of In(3mol%)∶Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO 3 shifts to 3508cm -1 from that of LiNbO 3 of 3484cm -1 .The exponential gain coefficient,diffraction efficiency and response time of these crystals were also obtained.The response rate of In(3mol%)∶Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO 3 is three times faster than that of Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO 3.The mechanisms of the photorefractive resistance ability enhancement and the violet shifting of the OH - absorption peak in the infrared spectra of In∶Ce∶Cu∶LiNbO 3 were investigated.
