摘要
在 L i Nb O3中掺入 Fe2 O3和 Mn CO3生长 Mn∶ Fe∶ L i Nb O3晶体 ,对晶体进行极化处理及氧化还原处理。测试晶体的吸收光谱、指数增益系数、衍射效率和有效载流子浓度。结果表明 ,经还原处理的 Mn∶ Fe∶ L i Nb
Doping Fe 2O 3 and MnCO 3 in LiNbO 3,Mn∶Fe∶LiNbO 3 crystal was grown.The crystal was poled,oxidized and reduced.The absorption spectra,exponential gain coefficient,diffraction efficiency and effect carrier concentration of the crystal were measured.It could be seen from the result that the reduced Mn∶Fe∶LiNbO 3 is an excellent holographic storage material.
