摘要
目的 探讨地高辛的应用对心肌酶类的影响。方法 用化学发光酶免疫法测定血清地高辛浓度,用连续监测法测定心肌酶类,对地高辛使用组与未使用组进行分组比较及相关性分析。结果地高辛使用组与对照组间心肌酶类存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.01),且各酶类活力随SDC_S的升高而上升,与SDC_S的相关系数在0.2328~0.5837之间。结论 地高辛的应用可使心肌酶类活力增高。
Objective To explore the influence on the heart type enzymes after digoxin administration. Method Chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay was used to determine the serum digoxin concentrations (SDCs) and continous monitoring assay to measure heart type enzymes. Camparing and associated analysing were performed between the two groups with or without digoxin administration. Results Between the two groups with or without digoxin administration, there were significant differences of heart type enzymes(P<0.01), Heart type enzymes activity tended to be higher with SDCs incureasing (P<0.05). The correlation coefficients were found to be 0.2328-0.5837. Conclusion Digoxin utilization could increase the activity of heart type enzymes.
