摘要
目的 :探讨1,25 -(OH)2D3 水平改变在慢性肺心病患者钙、磷、镁代谢紊乱中的作用。方法 :测定了48例该病患者血1,25 -(OH)2D3 和血、24h尿钙、磷、镁 (SCa、SP、SMg ,UCa、UP、UMg)含量及肾小管钙、磷、镁重吸收率(TRCa、TRP、TRMg)。结果 :1,25 -(OH)2D3 患者组显著低于对照组 ;SCa、SMg患者组显著低于对照组 ,SP患者组与对照组比较无显著降低 ;患者组UCa相对增加者占37.5 % ,UMg 相对或绝对增加者占75.0 % ;TRCa相对或绝对减少者占66.7 % ,TRP减少者占35.4 %。结论 :1,25 -(OH)2D3 降低是该病患者钙、磷。
Objective: To probe the role of the change of serum 1,25-(OH)2D3 in metabolic disorder of calcium?phosphorus and magnesium in patients with advanced cor pulmonale. Methods:The serum 1,25-(OH)2D3 the serum and 24h urinary calcium?phosphorus and magnesium(SCa?SP?SMg,UCa?UP?UMg) were measured, and the reabsorption rates of renal tubular calcium?phosphorus and magnesium(TRCa? TRP? TRMg) were calculated in 48 cases with the disease. Results:The serum1,25-(OH)2D3 was lower significantly,the SCa?SMg were lower significantly,the SP were lower nonsignificantly,compared with the control group.TheUCa of 37.5%patients increased relatively, the UMg of 75.0%increased relatively or absolutely.the TRCa of 66.7% patients decreased relatively or absolutely,the TRP of 35.4% patients decreased relatively,the TRMg of all patients decreased relatively or absolutely. Conclusion:Decrease of serum 1,25-(OH)2D3 is reasons for the metabolic disorder of calcium?phosphorus and magnesium.
