摘要
分析了“国有股独大”这种股权结构对我国上市公司治理的影响 ,阐述了优化我国上市公司股权结构的必要性 。
This paper analyses the influence of the special ownership structure,which features the 'domination of state owned share',on the corporate governance of Chinese listed companies, describes the necessity of improving the share ownership structure of Chinese listed companies, and puts forward some measures to optimize the ownership structure are suggested at last.
