摘要
股权结构包括股权构成和股权集中度两个层次的含义,股权构成和股权集中度都会对公司治理产生影响。加强股权结构的多元化,改善股权结构高度集中的情况是我国公司治理的主要问题,也是建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求。
Ownership structure includes two aspects of ownership and structure denseness. Ownership and structure denseness also can influence corporate governance. Improving diversification of ownership structure and changing the proportion of structure are major questions for corporation governance in China＇s listed corporation, and these are also the demands of building social democracy marketing economic system.
