摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 纳米颗粒。测量了它们的矫顽力随温度的变化,发现纳米颗粒的矫顽力比块体材料的要大,并且矫顽力随温度增高而减小。我们还得到不同磁场下Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4纳米颗粒的ZFC-FC曲线。穆斯堡尔谱测量证实了Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4中超顺磁性的存在。 Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles have been prepared by the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) sol-gel method. Temperature dependence of the coercivity has measured. It was found that the coercivity of nanoparticles is higher than that of bulk material and decreases with increasing temperature. ZFC-FC curves under different applied field have been measured. Mssbauer spectroscopy has proved the existence of a superparamagnetic state in this nanoparticles NiZn ferrite system.
