摘要
本文建立了由换热器、分流器和混合器构成的换热网络流程模拟系统。经过系统分解求出系统中可以独立求解的子系统并给出计算顺序,对环路子系统,求出最佳断裂物流数及物流号,建立了基础物性数据库和标准系列换热器结构参数数据库。提出了校正传热单元数法求换热温度,结果输出详细,经对许多实例的模拟计算,取得了令人满意的结果。
This paper sets up a simulator of heat exchanger networks that consist of heat exchangers,mixers and splitters. Calculating order of subsystems is determined by the decomposition of the system. The subsystems are solved separately. For loop-subsystem, the minimum number of broken streams is solved, and calculating order of their units is determined at the same time. Basic property data-base of some substances and structural parameter data-base of heat exchangers are built. A new correction heat-transfer-unit method of solving temperature of streams after through the heat exchangers is proposed. Many examples are simulated and the results are satisfactory.
