摘要
本文运用Aspen Plus流程模拟系统,选用合适的物性方法对环氧丙烷精制过程进行模拟优化。主要模拟计算了利用现有精馏设备改造为脱轻塔的可行性,脱轻塔最佳进料板位置,回流流量控制及再沸器、冷凝器的热负荷,为改造方案提供数据依据。并将计算的各项运行参数与生产实际对比,验证模型及方法的可靠性。
In this paper,Aspen Plus process simulation system was used to distillation process of propylene oxide,and choosed the appropriate method to refining process simulation and optimization for propylene oxide. The main simulated using existing equipment modification for the feasibility of light component tower,the best feed stage,the reflux flow control,reboiler,condenser heat duty,and so on,provide data basis for modification. Through the comparison of the calculated operating parameters and the actual production data verified the reliability of the model and methods.
