摘要
介绍了一种新型的基于Si9979、FPGA和DSP的手指驱动系统。证明了由Si9979、比较电路、光耦隔离电路和MOSFET电动机驱动电路组成的四层无刷直流电动机驱动电路板可以满足驱动和空间要求。设计的R-C缓冲电路,很好地抑制电流方向快速切换时产生的瞬时电压,保证驱动系统的可靠性。
A novel driving system based on Si9979, FPGA and DSP is developed in our lab. Si9979 circuitry that integrates Si9979 controller, comparator circuitry, optocoupler circuitry and power electronics together are briefly described in this paper. The results prove that the design can meet the requirements. To insure reliable performance of the Si9979 drive circuitry, a snubber network is designed to control the voltage transients in the fast switching applications.
