Construction of DNA vaccine against severe acute respiratory syndrome

摘要 本研究通过反转录-PCR获得了SARS冠状病毒辐条样蛋白、核衣壳蛋白和膜蛋白基因,将所获得的可能与免疫保护相关的基因克隆至核酸疫苗表达载体pcDNA-ThyA中,酶切及序列分析结果均表明载体构建正确,该候选DNA疫苗已用于动物免疫实验。 Gene encoding spike protein,nucleocaspid protein and small membrane were obtained by reverse tran-scription-polymerase chain reaction.The genes were cloned into the expression vector for DNA vaccine,and the cor-rect constructs were confirmed by restriction endonuclease digestion and DNA sequencing.The vaccine candidates have been subjected to animal inoculation to access their immunogenicity.
