摘要
为提高抽油机的开采效率,研制了一种容量自适应电动机。该机通过移相变极和主、副机组合运行可提供6个功率出口,因此在设计上必须同时兼顾4个单机方案和2个组合方案。该文借助于非线性规划理论建立起优化设计的整体模型,并对模拟退火算法做了适应性改进。应用该模型与算法对电机进行了实际的优化设计,取得了满意计算结果。实际应用表明,该文所述方法有效地加速了模拟退火算法的搜索进程,更具工程实用性。
In order to increase the efficiencies of the beam pump set, a kind of the motor with adaptive capacities isdeveloped in the paper. The motor can provide six grades of the powers with the aids of the pole-changing by phase shift and combining operations of the primary and the auxiliary motors. So the performances in the four single operating state and two combining operating state must be taken into account together in the design. The mathematic model of the optimal design for the motor is established in the light of the nonlinearprogramming theory and Simulated Annealing Algorithm isimproved according to the practice of the motor design. The model and the algorithm are applied to the practical calculation and excellent results had been achieved. The application shows the method used in the paper can speed up the searchingprocess of the optimization and be more suitable to theengineering practice.
