摘要
介绍了传统项目管理在石油企业中的运用,指出传统项目管理方法已经不能适应飞速发展的科技、管理水平及日益重要的信息社会、网络经济的新特征。通过介绍现代项目管理的方法和理念,说明企业尽快完善自己项目管理模式的重要性和意义,并提出了项目管理过程中值得注意的几个问题。
This article introduces the uses of traditional project management in petroleum enterprise and points out that the outdated methods can't adapt the flying developing of technology and the new characters of information society and network economy.The author explains the importance of enterprises'perfecting its project management model quickly through introducing modern project management's method and ideology.He also puts forward some problems,which should be noticed during the process of project management.
