摘要
通过对超低渗透油藏开发项目组织管理模式中存在问题的分析,提出了构建一体化管理模式的指导思想,即形成一个能够使管理结构清晰化的一体化组织管理模式,区分职能管理和直线管理。建立了战略经营单元,以强化矩阵组织中的职能管理,使组织结构由"层级"管理向"扁平化"管理演变。对其实施结果进行分析评价。
Through the analysis on the problems existing in the organization management mode of super - low permeability reservoirs development project, the guiding theory to construct integrated management mode is proposed, that is, to form one integrated management mode to make management structure more clarified and distinguish between functional management and line control. Then a strategic business unit is set up so as to strengthen the functional management in the matrix organization, and thus make the organization structure transform into "flatten" management from "level" control". Finally, the results of implementation are analyzed and evaluated.
