摘要
三峡梯级调度中的计算机监控和优化调度是梯级安全、可靠、优质、经济运行的保障。文章详细介绍了三峡梯级电站调度计算机监控系统的组成和基本功能,说明了国调、梯调、站调及现地四个层次上的控制和调节关系。给出了计算机监控系统的监控、监视和挂起三种状态的转换;界定了上述三种状态相互转换的手动及自动操作条件。为实现电站及整个梯级的优化调度,研究了梯级短期及日优化运行的基本内容和相应的解决方案。
The computer supervision and control and optimal disp at ching system is an important part of the three gorges cascaded station operati on,which guarantees the safety,reliability,high-quality and economical opera tion of cascaded station.In this paper,the basic function and content of th e computer supervision and control system is introduced.Then a detail descripti on of the control and regulation mode of NCC,CDCS,PP and LCU is given.Consi dering the security of the computer supervision and control system,three switc h states is settled,and its switch condition is introduced.Finally,A solution to realize the short-term and daily optimal dispatching of the cascaded and th e plants is proposed.
