摘要
分析了宝山钢铁股份有限公司生产的Φ73mm×5.51mmC-90抗硫油管,在油田下井使用过程中发生早期腐蚀穿孔的原因。指出了抽油杆沿管内壁纵向摩擦形成沟槽状机械损伤,以及H2S、CO2和Cl-共同腐蚀是造成油管早期失效的主要原因。
Investigated are the causes for the early through corrosion of theΦ73mm×5.51mm C-90anti-sulphide corrosion tubing produced by Baoshan I&S Corp.,Ltd.during the oil well operation.It is identified that the said early failure of the tubing resulted from the groove-like mechanical damage caused by the longitudinal abrasion by the sucker rod against the tubing inside surface and the joint corrosion by H 2 S,CO 2 and Cl.
