摘要
塔里木盆地塔中Ⅰ号气田CO2、H2S共存,气井具有井深、高温、高压的特点,井筒腐蚀环境复杂。为此,依据塔里木塔中Ⅰ号气田实际的工况要求,对P110S抗硫油管+TC-3000C环氧酚醛树脂内涂层分别进行了模拟环境下附着力、抗拉伸、轧平、扭转等能力的试验,分析了内涂层在模拟环境下的性能。试验结果表明,内涂层的性能可以满足现场使用要求。目前该技术已在塔中Ⅰ号气田使用16口井,在现场应用时通过对油管涂层和下井作业进行检查,保证了涂层的安全下井。现场试验表明,抗硫油管内涂层防腐效果良好,能满足塔中Ⅰ号气田的防腐要求。
CO2 and H2S co-exist in the Tazhong-I Gas Field,Tarim Basin,where gas wells are characterized by great depth,high temperature and high pressure so wellbore corrosion is complicated.In view of this,the sulfur-resistance oil tubes and TC-3000C H2S & CO2 Resistant Internal Coating are tested under simulated downhole environment in respect of the adhesion of internal coating as well as its performance of being against tension,flattening,torsion,etc.The experimental results demonstrate that the behavior of the internal coating can meet the requirement of field application.Till now this technology of internal coating has been successfully applied in 16 wells in this field,which shows that the anti-corrosion result can be achieved by the internal coating of the sulfur-resistance oil tubes and the need of anti-corrosion in this field can be completely satisfied.
