摘要
随着厂网分开、竞价上网的电力市场运营机制的实施,发电企业成为竞争主体。为此,分析了市场竞争机制下水电站优化调度的新特点;提出了水电站实时优化调度分层耦合模型结构,描述了分层耦合模型的分层控制原理以及信息反馈和实时校正机制;提出包含电价因子的水电站优化调度目标函数,并详细讨论了分层耦合模型的约束条件。应用实例表明,该模型对实时优化调度有现实意义。
In this paper, the new characteristics of optimal dispatching of hydropower stations under the market mechanism were analyzed. The structure of a layered coupling model of realtime optimal dispatching for hydropower stations was developed. The principles of layered control, information feedback, and realtime correction mechanism of the model were described. The optimal dispatching objective functions for hydropower stations considering the electricity price factors were established. The constraint conditions of layered coupling model were discussed in detail. The model was successfully used in the case study
