摘要
为提高甘草的利用率,对从甘草边角料中提取甘草酸及其工艺条件进行了研究,得出了以收率为目标函数的提取甘草粗品的最佳工艺条件.在以蒸馏水为萃取剂和硫酸为酸化剂,甘草边角料粒度为1～2mm,pH值为2,温度为90℃条件下,粗品的提取收率达8%以上.
The paper investigated extraction techniques and conditions of extracting rough glycyrrhizic acid from leftover glycyrrhiza. The optimum process condition was obtained with target function of the extraction rate by experiments. The extraction rate of crude glycyrrhizic acid could reach about 8% under the conditions of temperature 90 ℃,pH value 2, leftover glycyrrhiza sizes 1～2 mm,distilled water as extracting agent and H2SO4 as acidulating agent.
