人血清白蛋白对在纯钛表面粘附的人牙龈上皮细胞形态的影响

Effect of human serum albumin on cell morphological features of human gingival epithelial cells attached to commercially pure titanium

摘要 目的 探讨人血清白蛋白(human serum albumin,HSA)对在纯钛表面粘附的人牙龈上皮细胞(human gingival epithelial cells,HGE)形态的影响。直法 HGE原代培养3~5代细胞接种于纯钛试件表面,部分纯钛试件用50g/L HSA预孵育,扫描电镜观察HGE的形态学特征。结果 细胞接种后第4h、12h、24h,HSA预孵育组及对照组的纯钛试件表面培养的HGE,细胞形态没有显著性差异。结论 人血清白蛋白对粘附在纯钛表面的人牙龈上皮细胞的早期形态学特征无显著影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of human serum albumin(HSA) on cell morphological features of human gingival epithelial cells(HGE) attached to commercially pure titanium(cpTi). Method HGE were primarily cultured. The cells of passage 3-5 were seeded on cpTi samples preineubated in serum free medium with and without 50mg/mL HSA. The morphological features of HGE were observed by scanning electron microscope. Result The morphological features of HGE attached to cpTi preincubated with 50 mg/mL HSA had no significant difference compared with controls at 4h, 12 and 24h after HGE were seeded. Conclusion HSA doesn't have significant effect on cell morphological features of HGE attached to cpTi in early stage.
