摘要
5 0年代末的“教育大革命”的产生有其特殊的历史背景和动因。这场改革虽然有“左”的色彩 ,提出“以十五年左右的时间来普及高等教育”的目标也不符合当时的中国国情。但当时为实现这一目标所采取的许多改革措施是基本正确的 ,并且取得了不少经验教训。这些经验教训不仅对新中国高等教育的发展有积极意义 ,而且对当今实现高等教育大众化有重要的借鉴意义。
Despite its leftist tendency and impractical goals, the Educational Revolution in the late 1950's adopted a number of correct reform measures and produced certain useful experience. Today, the lessons learned and experience gained from the movement are still meaningful and conducive to the development and popularization of higher education.
