摘要
对3年生华北落叶松幼苗四种不同处理下的丙二醛(MDA)含量、电导率及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的动态变化进行测定,结果表明:铜元素明显提高多酚氧化酶的活性;锌元素有利于细胞膜的稳定,对增强华北落叶松的抗性有重要作用。
To the 3yearold Larix principisrupprechtii seeding,we have studied the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),the ratio of conduct electricity and the dynamic changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and polyphenol oxidase(PPO)under four different treatment.The results show that(1)Cu can improve polyphenol oxidase activity obviously;(2)Zn is benefit to the stabal ability of biomembrane,helping to improve the tesistant ability of Larix principisrupprechtii.
