摘要
根据弱酸性染料、还原性染料和分散染料、直接染料、活性染料、中性染料的分子结构特点 ,针对含有亲水性基团染料的印染废水 ,分析不同的pH值及脱色剂的投加量对脱色效果的影响 ,利用含Mg2 + 和Ca2 + 等离子的脱溶剂与亲水基团反应生成难溶性的磺酸盐类或羧酸盐类 ,使其脱溶。试验表明 ,在pH值为 1 2左右时 。
Based on the molecular structure characteristics of some kinds of dyestuffs, aiming at the dyestuffs with hydrophilic radicals, an analysis is made on the effect of decoloring under different pH values and dosages of decoloring agents by adoption of the decoloring agents containing Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ reacting with hydrophilic radicals to form the sulfuric salt and carboxylic salt to dissolve the dyestuffs, and the results show that, when the pH value of water is about 12, the method is effective in treatment of wastewater containing dark chroma solvable dyestuffs.
