摘要
用改性酚醛树脂浸渍Nomex蜂窝纸制备高性能机载雷达罩用Nomex蜂窝。研究了用改性酚醛树脂制造Nomex蜂窝的工艺、蜂窝的力学性能、介电性能以及耐老化性能等。研制的Nomex蜂窝完全达到了设计要求,应用于多型高性能机载雷达罩,效果良好。
The Nomex honeycomb used by high-performance airborne radome has been developed by modified synthetic resins and Nomex paper. The techniques, mechanical property dielectric property and ageing of the honeycomb are discussed. The Nomex honeycomb can meet the demand of design, and be widely used in many module radome with well result.
