摘要
采用实验手段模拟环境因素对玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基透波复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料的介电性能受相对湿度的影响较大,但对温度和频率具有较好的稳定性;高低温交变和光照对复合材料力学性能的破坏较小,湿热条件对复合材料力学性能的影响较大;高低温交变和光照对复合材料线膨胀系数影响很小,水煮使复合材料线膨胀系数有较大提高。
The effects of environmental factors on properties of glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin wave-transparent composites were simulated by experimental means. The results showed that the dielectric properties of the composites was more serious to relative humidity,but it had good temperature and frequency stability; the destruction of high and low temperature and light on the mechanical properties was small,but the effect of hot and humid conditions on the mechanical properties was bigger; the light and high and low temperature had little effect on the linear expansion coefficient,but the boiling improved the linear expansion coefficient greatly.
