摘要
采用聚乙二醇(PEG400)和4,4′-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为主要原料,以NaHSO3为封闭剂,合成了封端型水系聚氨酯,再与抗静剂KJD -1及相关助剂复配成一种耐久型的抗静电整理液.探讨了影响整理效果的主要因素及其抗静电整理机理.优化了整理工艺条件,试验结果表明,新制整理剂对涤纶织物具有耐久的抗静电整理效果.
The blocked and waterborne polyurethane was synthesized with4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)and polyglycol(PEG400)as main materials and NaHSO 3 as blocking agent.Then,it was compounded with an antistatic agent KJD-1and related auxiliaries,thus obtained a durable antistatic composition.The chief factors affectˉing the finishing result and the antistatic mechanism were discussed.And finishing process conditions were optiˉmized.The test results indicated that the novel antistatic composition had durable antistatic finishing effect to polyester cloth.
