封端型水系聚氨酯复合阻燃剂的研制及应用

摘要 叙述了以PEG和MDI为主要原料,以NaHSO_3为封闭剂,合成了封端型水系聚氨酯,再与配伍性良好的阻燃剂FRC-1复合成一种耐久型的阻燃整理液,通过该整理液添加相关助剂对涤纶织物的阻燃整理,探讨了影响整理效果的主要因素,并优化了整理工艺条件,初步探讨了其耐久的阻燃整理机理,且试验结果表明,新制整理剂对涤纶织物具有耐久的阻燃整理效果。 This paper relates the preparation of blocked and waterborne polyurethane with the main materials of 4,4 - diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) and polyglycol(Mw = 400) (PEG), the blocking agent of sodium bisulfite. The durable flame - retardant composition was synthesized by mixing blocked and waterborne polyurethane with FRC - 1 whose compatibility was good. The polyester cloth was finished by the flame -retardant composition added up with proper auxiliaries. The main factors that affected the results of flame retarding finishing were discussed, and the optimum finishing process condition was selected. The mechanism of durable flame retarding finishing was primarily discussed.The test results show that the novel flame- retardant composition has durable flame- retarding finishing effect on polyester cloth.
