摘要
目的 考察蒙药忠论 5胶囊中总生物碱含量及其体外溶出情况。方法 以苦参碱为对照品 ,利用酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱 ;以水为介质 ,用转篮法考察其体外溶出度。结果 含量测定方法精密度为RSD =1.89% ,平均回收率为 10 0 .89% ,RSD =3.4 9%。;苦参总生物碱相对累积溶出度与溶出时间相关显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,T50 =2 4min ,Td=31min ,m =1.32。结论 用上法测定总生物碱含量及体外溶出度 ,对评估忠伦
OBJECTIVE Examining the content of total alkaloids in Zhonglun 5 capsules and studying the dissolution test in vitro . METHOD With sophocarpidine as the standard object. the content of total alkaloid was determined with a colorimetriy of acid dyestuff ; with water as medium, the dissdution was tested with a basket revolving method.RESULTS The precision of the assay is RSD=1.89% , the average recovery rate is 100.89% , RSD=3.49% ; The relatively accumulatd dissolution rate of the total alkaloid of sophore flavescens and the time of dissolution is evidently correlated( P <0.01) , T 50 =24min, T d=31min, m=1.32.CONCLUSION With the above mentioned method , the content of the total alkaloids and the exudativity in vitro has practical value in evaluating the quality of zhonglun 5 capsules.
