采用提取容量法测定复方苦参注射液中总生物碱含量,结果表明该法适用于制剂的质量控制。
This article deals with the method of determining the content of alkaloid in the compound sophorn angusticlia injection. This method is suitable to be used in the quality control of the preparation.
