摘要
基于对往复泵设计理论及机械CAD技术进行系统分析和研究的基础上,结合无锡市海燕高压泵厂多年来往复泵设计、制造的实际经验,对现有的往复泵设计方法提出改进,实现了三柱塞往复泵设计的程序化,即能够进行三柱塞往复泵各主要零部件的尺寸计算、强度校核(刚度校核);并以目前广泛使用的通用绘图系统(AutoCAD2000和SolidWorks2001)为基本平台,运用VB6.0和VBA开发出三柱塞往复泵主要零部件的参数化绘图程序,实现了三柱塞往复泵绘图的自动化,使其成为一套集设计、选型、分析及绘图为一体的,基于PC机上专用往复泵CAD系统。同时介绍了三柱塞往复泵CAD系统的结构及开发中的关键技术。
On the basis of systematical analysis and study about the existed reciprocating pump design theory and mechanical CAD technology, the authors put forward a new improved design method, which realized the programmed process about three plunger reciprocating pump's design according to the many years' experience in design and manufacturing about reciprocating pump of Wuxi Haiyan High Pressure Pump Factory and realized the calculation of main parts' size and strength(rigidity). Using the present popular AutoCAD2000 and SolidWorks2001 platform and combining VB6.0,VBA with automation technique, the authors developed a parametric drawing program of threeplunger reciprocating pump's main parts, which realized the automation of threeplunger reciprocating pump drawing . So it makes this CAD system to be a particular CAD system of reciprocating pump, which rallies design, analysis, model selecting and drawing on the basis of PC. The key techniques of the CAD system's structure and development are mostly introduced.
