摘要
在对往复泵设计理论及机械CAD技术进行系统的分析和研究的基础上,运用VB 6.0开发出了高效实用的三柱塞往复泵CAD系统软件。介绍了这一CAD系统的曲轴设计模块开发过程。该模块能够进行三柱塞往复泵曲轴的尺寸计算、强度校核、刚度校核,并以广泛使用的绘图软件SolidWorks为基本平台,开发出三柱塞往复泵曲轴模块的参数化绘图程序,实现了绘制曲轴的自动化。
On the basis of systematical analysis and study about the existed reciprocating pump design theory and mechanical CAD technology,three plunger reciprocating pump's CAD system is developed with VB6.0 according to many years'experience in design and manufacturing about reciprocating pump of WuXi Haiyan high pressure pump factory.This paper introduces the development process of crankshaft CAD module of this system.This CAD module can carry out the dimensions calculation,strength check and rigidity check.Using the present popular SolidWorks platform,parametric drawing program of crankshaft CAD module is developed,which realized the automation drawing of crankshaft.
