摘要
对云钢集团隐山蓝晶石矿的流程结构进行分析,提出了超极距螺旋溜槽脱泥后酸法正浮选流程取代现有的反浮选流程,并用摇床分选综合回收金红石矿物,蓝晶石矿物的精矿品位提高约4.4%,金红石的产率为0.7%,含TiO2为90.44%,可基本满足工业需要。
By analyzing the processing flowsheet structure of Yinshan Cyanite Mine, the authors pointed out that if the direct flotation flowsheet in acidic pulp replaced the current reverse flotation flowsheets in neutral pulp after desliming by ultra-polar-moment spiral chute, and tabling was used in comprehensive recovery of rutile in the ore. Content of Cyanite in the concentrate increased by 4.4% and the rutile concentrate of 91.44% TiO2 with yield of 0.7% can be obtained, the concentrate can meet the need of industry.
