摘要
本文选取蓝晶石纯矿物为研究对象,研究其晶体结构与表面性质之间的关系及其对浮选行为的影响,从而为有效分选蓝晶石矿物提供理论指导。结果表明:金属离子Mn+-Xn-键的强弱顺序为Si-O>Al-O,蓝晶石矿物解离后表面暴露大量的化合价和配位价不饱和的Al 3+离子,在水溶液中零电点相对较高,表明在强酸性环境中采用十二烷基磺酸钠作捕收剂浮选效果极好,在中强碱性环境中则采用油酸钠作捕收剂浮选时可浮性较好。
Selection of kyanite pure mineral as the research object, relationships between crystal structure and surface properties of kyanite and their impacts on flotation were studied to provide theoretical guidance for the flotation process for effective separating kyanite. The results show that the strength of chemical bond Mn^+ -Xn^- :Si-O〉Al-O. After the dissociation of kyanite,lots of Al^3+ with unsatisfied valences and coordination valence are exposed on the surface of kyanite mineral. Zero isoelectric point is relatively high in aqueous solution,showing that the use of sodium dodecyl sulfate in a strongly acidic environment as collector flotation is very effective while sodium oleate is better as collector in moderate and strongly alkaline environment.
