重介质选煤厂强酸性洗水形成的机理及治理措施

摘要 研究了鑫辉选煤厂强酸性洗水的形成机理,采取了处理强酸性洗水的有效措施,以添加烧碱为主、生石灰为辅的处理方案,在实际生产过程中可取得较好的效果。 Forming mechanism of strongly acidic wash water at Xinhui Coal Preparation Plant studied; main reason being long stocking of pyrite-bearing coal,in which the pyrite was oxidized and the strongly acidic compound thus formed dissolved in wash water; the control measure being neutralization,in which caustic soda being the main additive and the subordinate,quick lime; relative good control attained in practical operation.
