摘要
本文对 M^2因子概念的物理意义和在激光光束质量控制中的应用作了详细分析,还就 M^2因子概念的推广和某些问题作了讨论。
The physical meaning of M^2-factor concept and its appli- cations in the laser beam quality control are analysed in detail.The generalization and some problems concering the M^2-factor concept are discussed too.
