摘要
本文提出了湿式振动纤维栅除尘机制的理论模型。在风流作用下 ,纤维振动所产生的水膜增加了湿式振动纤维栅水的活性表面积 (称为二次造膜机制 ) ,是提高除尘效率的重要因素。提出了单层湿式振动纤维栅除尘效率的计算式 ;并从理论上解释了“过滤风速越大 ,除尘效率越高”
The present article has made an analysis of the moisture content existence in the wet vibration grid under the atmospheric movement and succeeded in formulating the physical model of the dust removing mechanism for the single wet vibration grid. Forced by the airflow, the water film produced by the fiber vibration helps to enlarge the active surface area, thus increasing the probability of dust collection. Then the formulas for calculating the void ratio, filling ratio and the de dust efficiency can be established when taking into consideration the action of water film in the wet vibration grid. With the water content injected equal to 0.026 3 L/m 3,the saturation degree will be equal to 0.57,with the bound saturation degree equal to 0.25,the diameter of fibrous to 0.2 mm,and the fiuing ratio of the fibrous grid to 0.46. Comparing the de dust efficiency value gained from the theory formula and that from the experiment done by the author, the two results are proved to be in concordance.
