摘要
通用评选系统是为适应日益增多的评选活动而编制的 ,主要实现数据自动采集以及相应的统计、报表等功能。该系统在硬件上采用通用扫描仪或表格阅读机作为光电录入设备 ;在软件上采用基于图象的OMR方式 ,并采用浮动阈值进行判别以提高系统的适应能力 ,同时可以根据要求对图象数据进行存储、传输等操作 ,并具有丰富的报表功能。系统可采用单机方式或分布式处理方式。与类似系统相比 ,该系统具有适应能力强、精度高、对纸张、印刷和填涂要求低、成本低。
This vote system is designed for the increasing requirement for vote. As for aspect of the hardware, a general scanner is applied. Meanwhile, as for aspect of the software, the general recognition is completed under the condition of OCR ,OMR ,or OCR and OMR existed in the same system and the image is also saved when required. We may applied distributed processing and abundant reports in this system, which possesses the characters of faster recognizing speed, higher accuracy and better generality as compared with similar systems.
