摘要
介绍了线阵CCD的内部结构及工作过程,绘出了线阵CCD输出信号的波形图,介绍了CCD输出信号的特征,针对CCD的图像二值化问题,列举了固定阈值法、浮动阈值法、微分法等常见的几种处理方法,并对几种方法进行了分析比较,给出了选择浮动阈值法的原因,设计出了由二阶滤波电路构成的浮动阈值法处理电路,进行实验验证了这种方法的可行性。
This paper introduced the line array CCD internal construction and working process,drawing out the outputting signal wave diagram of line array CCD,explaining the characteristic of this signal.To the binarization problem of image processing of CCD,several familiar methods are enumerated,such as fixed threshold method,floating threshold method,differential method.This paper analyzed and compared those methods,gave out the reason of choice the float worth method,designed out the process electric circuit constitute by two filter circuit,finally,proceed the experiment test,and proved the feasiblity of this method.
